This agreement is made between RokHost Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and the user who receives VDS service via rokhost.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) under the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
The User benefits from the virtual server (VDS) service provided by the Service Provider within the specified technical specifications and duration.
2. Backup Responsibility
VDS backup service is charged separately, and unless this service is purchased, data backup is entirely the User's responsibility. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the loss of user data.
3. Illegal Use
The use of the VDS service by the User for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes (such as spam, DDOS, malware distribution, copyright infringement, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such use is detected, the service will be terminated without prior notice and legal authorities will be informed.
4. Confidentiality of Personal Information
The User must not share their access credentials or control panel information with third parties. The User is fully responsible for any security breaches, data loss, or damage resulting from such sharing.
5. Server Maintenance and Interruptions
During routine maintenance, updates, inspections, and troubleshooting on the servers, short-term interruptions may occur. These interruptions will be minimized by the Service Provider and notified in advance if possible.
6. Support Service
Support services only cover issues related to the technical infrastructure. In unmanaged VDS packages, operations such as software installation and configuration are the User's responsibility.
7. Termination of the Agreement
If the User fails to comply with the rules stated in this agreement, the Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the service.
8. Enforcement
By purchasing the service, the User is deemed to have read and accepted the terms of this agreement. The agreement remains in effect throughout the duration of the service.
